How do I modify the LDIF file to a running ApacheDS server and move partitions to a new Directory?

Hi! I am working for the WiderNet, a non-profit organization aiming to help people in developing countries by creating offline libraries in the communities where internet is not provided.

Currently, we plan to use ApacheDS to replace OpenDS (since it is no longer supported). We would like to configure the logging and partition directories. For logging directory, it can be changed from the log4j.properties file. However, I cannot find where to modify the partition directory. And also I wonder how to modify the LDIF file to a running ApacheDS server using command line? Is there an LDAP package for windows command line for ApacheDS?
