Context menu not shown after a right-click on a non-cached entry

When right clicking an entry in the LDAP browser view that has not yet been loaded into memory the context menu doesn't appear. The entry is selected as if it were left clicked.

This happens most of the time but not always - suspect it's a race between fetching the entry and displaying the menu.

This occurs with the latest studio built from SVN trunk (830894 - 29 October 2009), but is a regression as it did not happen in studio 1.4.0.
