      Something like the following:

       
     <macro name="snippet">
        <parameter name="id" value="toto"/>
        <parameter name="url" value="http://myserver.org/toto.xml"/>
      </macro>

      instead of:

       
<macro name="snippet" id="toto" url="http://myserver.org/toto.xml"/>
