Sink pipeline returned by AbstractParser.getWrappedSink(...) has wrong order

    Description

      According to the javadoc the SinkWrapperFactory should be ordered according to their priority from highest to lowest. However in AbstractParser.getWrappedSink() a pipeline is returned which has no predictable order.
