site.xml should also have <title> attribute for all elements that have <alt> attributes

site.xml allows alt attributes for all elements that relate to images. To provide "hover" text, images need the title attribute. This may require different text from the alt attribute.

Note:
The alt attribute is intended for display if the image is not present.
The title attribute is intended to provide hover text.
