sqlline does not handle interrupts, attempts re-connecting to ZooKeeper indefinitely

This seems like a trivial issue but very bothersome. Start a sqlline with a dead zk connection string. sqlline attempts to re-connect and does not handle exit signals at all.

Here is a list of problems:

• we should limit number of retries.
• we should output a user friendly message.
• we should handle interrupts.
