Missing subtype information in metadata returned by prepared statement

Column metadata returned by prepared statement contains partial type information, especially for interval types.

Currently it only returns "INTERVAL" instead of a more precise type like "INTERVAL MONTH" for example.

There's also no minor type, so the client can adjust the type itself.
