Console Splitter properties hover output tags wrong

    Description

      The hover on a TStream.split() generated Splitter oplet incorrectly reports only that last splitter channel's tag for Target Stream Tags.

      Minimally it seems like it should list the first channel's tag (or the first channel with a tag) and then ", ..." to indicate there are more.
