Update JIRAs fix version to 0.6.1 from 0.7 or 0.6 (if release considers)

Currently, for the upcoming Falcon release the fixed JIRAs are marked with fix version of 0.7, we need to change this to 0.6.1

We also need to verify all the latest fixed JIRA to check if they need to be marked as 0.6.1
