Falcon API shows results in ascending order in native scheduler

Currently falcon shows results in descending order(by default) as long as order is not explicitly defined. But native scheduler shows the results in ascending order. Since behaviour of both native scheduler and oozie should be same, the order should be consistent irrespective of the scheduler choice.
