"end" parameter should be greater than last instance's startTime

    Description

      If last instance is 01:25, "end" parameter should be 01:26 or greater.
      Tests failing when "end" param is equal to last instance startTime:
      ProcessInstanceKillsTest#testProcessInstanceKillLastInstance
      ProcessInstanceKillsTest#testProcessInstanceKillMultipleInstance
      ProcessInstanceSuspendTest#testProcessInstanceSuspendAll
      ProcessInstanceSuspendTest#testProcessInstanceSuspendSuspendLast
