Description

cmpn spec requires that a DS implementation state something like this:

Provide-Capability: osgi.service;
                       objectClass:List<String>=
                         "org.osgi.service.component.runtime.ServiceComponentRuntime";
                       uses:="org.osgi.service.component.runtime"
