NPE in Configuration.getProcessedProperties if no properties are set

In contrast to the R7 docs that state

A private copy of the processed properties for the caller or null.

the method getProcessedProperties(ServiceReference<?> sr) throws a NullPointerException instead of returning null (in contrast to the getProperties() method.
