Wrong Error Message is thrown when a duplicate phone number is used to create a new Client

When a client is created using an phone number that is already used for an existing client, the system throws an but the with the wrong message. The error message is 

client with externalId `correct unique externalId` already exists

 instead of

client with phone `phone number` already exists
