Progressive loan schedule type should only support "Advanced payment allocation" strategy

GIVEN new loan product is created
WHEN PROGRESSIVE loan schedule type was selected
THEN Advanced payment allocation loan repayment strategy shall be only supported

Acceptance Criteria:

• For progressive loan only Advanced payment allocation repayment strategy is allowed

• Validation error must be thrown when user tries to use a different one!
