Rich Text Editor loses alignment after losing then regaining focus.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Enter some text
2) Select Bullet option
3) Click center or right align
4) Select another component so RTE loses focus
5) Return and see the text has lost alignment

Bit of an edge case but I figured it should be logged.
