TitleWindow: title text overlap with close button if the title text if long, especially when mouse over the clos button

Steps to reproduce:

Actual Results:
When mouse over the close button, it will overlap the text in title bar.

Expected Results:

The popped up window should be wider, so that the close button won't overlap the text.

Workaround (if any):
override the measure() method and add 10 pixels to measuredWidth and measuredMinWidth
