FxSpinner does not support height and width properties

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached SWF or compile and run attached mxml file

Actual Results:
Size of the FxSpinner does not change when height and/or width properties are set. However, the space occupied by the Spinner does change, i.e. when a height of 100 is assigned to the Spinner, the Spinner itself will not change size, but any component placed below the Spinner will be moved down by 100. The same thing happens with width.

Expected Results:
Spinner should scale to height/width specified
