popup titleWindow didnt resize with percentWidth

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. create titleWindow
      2. set percentWidnt for titleWindow
      3.set titleWindow as Popup

      I check with debugger, the percentWidth parameter is set ot titleWindow, but it has no effects.

      Actual Results:
      popup titleWindow set the size to hold all of the children in the content

      Expected Results:
      popup titleWindow must be 100% of the screen
