FxToggleButton not clipping the label correctly after toggling button

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached .MXML file (or peep .SWF)
2. Click das button

Actual Results:
The *AndSelected states arent clipping the button label

Expected Results:
The label should be clipped, like it is on the unselected states.

Workaround (if any):
