First element in a formitem has always an empty dataprovider

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the code attached
2. Click on the first List
3. After that click on the button
4. Click on the first List again

Actual Results:
First List in the first formitem has always an empty dataprovider, even when we add a component at runtime in the first position.

Expected Results:
DataBinding must be able to set first item dataprovider.

Workaround (if any):
Add a component in the first position inside the formitem
