CheckBox does not inherit fontWeight style when applied to its parent container

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached SWF or compile and run the attached MXML file
2. Click the checkbox labeled "fontWeight=bold"

Actual Results:
All components in the panel are set to bold except for Halo CheckBox

Expected Results:
Halo CheckBox should be set to bold

Workaround (if any):
Set fontWeight directly on the CheckBox
