    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Run the attached SWF or compile and run attached MXML file

      Actual Results:
      The appearance of a Spinner and NumericStepper component is incorrect when the height property is set (specifically buttons to not scale correctly)

      Expected Results:
      Spinner and NumericStepper should scale correctly
