DropDownList using Rotate3D effect does not position dropDown correctly while effect is played

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Unzip the attached folder into a local directory
      2. Run the SWF or compile and run the attached myddl.mxml file
      2. Click on the DropDownList to open the dropDown

      Actual Results:
      The dropDown is positioned in the top left corner of the window while the Rotate3D effect plays and is then repositioned beneath the DropDownList anchor button when the effect is complete

      Expected Results:
      The dropDown should be positioned beneath the DropDownList anchor button while the effect plays
