UIMovieClip ignores autoCenterTransform setting when being animated

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached application
2. Click the "Change State" button
3. Notice the button (left) and UIMovieClip (right) rotating

Actual Results:
The UIMovieClip animates around it's left/top corner instead of its center. the button (correctly) animates about its center.

Expected Results:
Both objects should animate around their centers.
