spark.effects.Move - Animation Causes Jitter (Rough Animation) When Moving Targets That Grow A Group

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run the attached app.
2. Click the button. Watch the animation.

Actual Results:
The group bounds and targets have a "rough" animation quality to them.

Expected Results:
The rect strokes and targets should not 'jitter'.

Workaround (if any):
Remove the groups wrapping said targets and animate in the global layout.
