spark.effects - Rotate3D Transition Following a Fade Transition Causes Targets to POP To Origin During Transition Play

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run the attached file.
2. Click the "16:... " button. Watch the transition. Wait for it to complete.
3. Click the "1: reset" button. Wait for reset to complete.
4. Click the "6:..." button. Watch the fades. Wait for it to complete.
5. Click the "1: reset" button again. Wait.
6. Click the "16:..." button.

Actual Results:
The target snaps to the origin (upper left) and rotates there.

Expected Results:
The target should stay where it's at (centered) and rotate there.
