Changing a Button's position in a transition causes the top stroke to appear to lightly flicker

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Compile and run attached MXML file
      2. Toggle between the two states
      3. Watch the top line of the button

      Actual Results:

      The top stroke of the button appears to flicker slightly.

      Expected Results:

      The top stroke should act like the bottom stroke and not flicker.
