Stand-alone Spinner should have cornerRadius applied to all corners.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a default spinner.

Actual Results:
cornerRadius is only seen on the right side.

Expected Results:
cornerRadius is seen on both sides.

Workaround (if any):
reskin the spinner.

Note: Fixing this will require new skins for the NumericStepper increment and decrement buttons.
