Error rect is REALLY messed up on Spark CheckBox/RadioButton when toggling the enabled property

Found in 4.0.0.13316.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
2. Note the error rect looks terrible (see SDK-24935).
3. Toggle the enabled checkbox (see app control bar) about 8 times (seriously).

Actual Results:
The error rect duplicates and migrates to the East (and looks terrrrible).

Expected Results:
It should look right and not move around (the mx:CheckBox and mx:RadioButton look fine).
