[Mirroring]After update layoutDirection from rtl to left, title isn't updated/shifted based on layoutDirection.

Steps to reproduce:
1. compile and run test app(its layoutDirection=rtl)
2. click "update to ltr" to change layoutDirection=ltr
3. check title string

Actual Results:
only close button is switched, but title string is still on right upper corner.

Expected Results:
title should move back to left upper corner.

Workaround (if any):
