TLF Revision 543 (and later) greatly increases size of Flex 4 HelloWorld SWF

Steps to reproduce:
Build non-RSL Flex 4 Helloworld (consisting of single s:Application and s:Label).

Actual Results:

Resulting non-RSL SWF size is ~320K.
Link report shows TLF 543 introduces about 250K (uncompressed) of additional dependencies through TextLineRecyler.

Expected Results:

Non-RSL HelloWorld should be ~250K as it was prior to revision 11399 when TLF 543 was introduced.
Prior to revision 543 of TLF TextLineRecyler only brought in 1 class (for a total of 1.75K uncompressed).
