[Mirroring] The errorTip in a Form does not get positioned correctly when layoutDirection="rtl"

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Load the bugfile.
      2. Focus in on the first TextInput
      3. Tab out of the TextInput
      4. Mouse over the first TextInput that should now have a red error border.

      Actual Results: The errorTip that shows up is not in the correct position.

      Expected Results: The errorTip should be positioned on the left of the TextInput.
