[Mirroring] [localfix] Maximized Spark Window doesnt render as expected when setting layoutDirection to rtl

Found in 4.1.0.14607

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
2. Click button to launch Spark Window.
3. Maximize Spark Window container.

Actual Results:
The window is maximized, but doesnt stretch 100% of the screen correctly.
CLose AIR app set direction+layoutDirection to "ltr" and compile/run again. After clicking maximize it works as expected w/ ltr.

Expected Results:
maximized RTL s:Window should behave the same as LTR s:Window.
