[Mirroring] [localfix] checkBox label inside of TitleWindow isn't switched with icon when layoutDirection=rtl

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. compile/run test file(spark checkBox inside TitleWindow, layoutDirection=rtl after TitleWindow is created)
      2.

      Actual Results:
      the text label for the checkBox is on right.

      Expected Results:
      the text label should be on left, icon on first right when layoutDirection=rtl.
