AsDoc Tool creates invalid links for inherited skin parts

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import the attached asdocbug1.fxp into FlashBuilder.
2. Configure and run AsDoc tool.
3. Check the generated html documentation of the inherited skin parts of mypackage.MyClass (that is, click on "Show Inherited Skin Parts", then click on "mySkinPart")

Actual Results:

The link to the skin state of the superclass is broken.
The html of mypackage.MyClass contains an invalid link to
asdoc-output/mypackage:MyOtherClass.html#skinpart:mySkinPart

Expected Results:

The html should contain the correct link to
asdoc-output/mypackage/MyOtherClass.html#skinpart:mySkinPart
(":" should be "/")

Workaround (if any):
