BitmapAsset dependencies causing simple AS project to explode in size

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile EmbedTest with current 4.1 SDK.
2. Compile EmbedTest with 4.0.

Actual Results:
EmbedTest.swf is much larger in the current sdk.

Expected Results:
EmbedTest.swf is not much larger in size.

Workaround (if any):
Use a previous version of the sdk to compile simple as-only projects.
