RichEditableText doesnt render correctly w/ animated constraints

Found in 4.5.0.15851

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
2. Click the "Toggle State" button a couple times.

Actual Results:
a) "LeftRight" and "TopBottom" dont animate correctly on the state2->state1 transition.
b) the %Width constraints leak text and dont redraw/wrap text correctly.

Expected Results:
Should redraw text correctly.
