Weird image distortion issue with Spark List with BitmapImage/Image item renderer and large images

Found in 4.5.0.16611.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
2. Click the button to load the images.
3. Maximize your browser so it is at least 1600px wide (for some reason i wasnt seeing this locally when my browser was less than 1600px wide).
4. As the images load, slowly scrub the HScrollBar left and right.

Actual Results:
Pixels are blurring and smudging and general rendering issues.

Expected Results:
Not that.
