in layoutDirectio="rtl" when missing space, the 3 dots (e.g '...') are placed in wrong location

Steps to reproduce:
1. create an application with layoutDirection="rtl".
2. place a DataGrid
3. "add" a dataprovider with an item with some property in hebrew, for instance, and make sure that the relevant column hasn't enough space

Actual Results:
the 3 dots (e.g. '...') are placed in the right of the value in the datagrid

Expected Results:
the 3 dots (e.g. '...') are placed in the left of the value in the datagrid

Workaround (if any):
