Using Animate effects to animate constraints in parallel with rotation causes a "pop" at the end of the transition

Steps to reproduce:
1. Build and run the attached app
2. Click the button
3. Watch the animation
4. Resize the app larger
5. Click the button again
6. Watch the animation

Actual Results:
At the end of the animation, the group "pops" into its final location. The magnitude of the "pop" appears to be dependent on the size of the application window.

Expected Results:
The group should smoothly animate all the way to its final location with no "pop" at the end.
