      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Using FlashBuilder, create a new MXML application
      2. Look in the layout dropdown

      Actual Results:

      spark.components.supportClasses.LabelAndIconLayout appears

      Expected Results:

      spark.components.supportClasses.LabelAndIconLayout should not appear
