Text disappearing with Flash Player 10.2

Steps to reproduce:
Ensure that Flash Player 10,2,151,15 is installed
1. Launch Flash Builder #292318 or later
2. Open the Flash Builder start page
3. Roll over the items in the What's New List

Actual Results:

Text items appear and disappear when rolling over items.
This was also reported by a CAB customer who described that in a deployed Flex application text randomly appears/disappears (which worked correctly with i3/FP10.1).

Expected Results:

Text should display.
