    Description

The normal attitude of JAWS in Java or Windows is, that when a new Window is opened the title of the window is read, but in Flex when a Window (TitleWIndow standard component) is opend nothing will read automatically. You have to use Arrow-key down or Tab-key to hear the first element of the window, but you never hear a title of the Window.
On the Adobe Page for accessible Components ( http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/html/help.html?content=accessible_5.html ) is written that a titleWindow is announced when Forms-Mode is inactive but this didn't happen.

We attach a little Flex Project where you can see that it doesn't work as described.
