Remove effects in Containers are not handled properly

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached application in Flex Builder 3.
2. Click on the "Button".

Actual Results:
RangeError: Error #2006: The supplied index is out of bounds.

Workaround (if any):
Remove children in the same order, as they were added.
