    Description

      PROBLEM:
Either Flex should set the cursor itself on the basis of the language direction (which would be the best) or provide a way to determine the current keyboard language, so that the clients can set the cursor.

      METHOD:
      1. Launch Acrobat 10, make sure Arabic keyboard layout installed.
      2. Open any pdf. ,click "Comment" button on toolbar.
      3. Click "Add sticky note" from "Annotations" panel.
      4. Click in page.
      5. Double click in the sticky note in "Comments List" panel.
      6. Switch the keyboard layout to Arabic and press space key and then input some characters.
      7. Click in page.
      8. Observe content of sticky popup note and "Comments List" panel.

      RESULT:
The direction of paragraph is changed to LTR.

      EXPECTED:
The direction of paragraph should keep in RTL.

      WORKAROUND:
This bug also reproduce when the paragraph begin with number character which is inputted by Arabic or Hebrew keyboard layout.
