Visible tearing in image during action bar transition

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached app on a device
2. Tap on a trend to get its tweets
3. Tap on a tweet
4. As the new view transitions on, watch the image sliding into the left edge of the Action Bar

Actual Results:
On my Nexus One, there's visible horizontal tearing in the image--the bottom half of the image seems to flicker between the image and the background. I can see it on a Droid X too, though it might be a little less obvious.

Expected Results:
No tearing.
