CLONE of SDK-29503 -Jittery playback experience on Move and Zoom

Steps to reproduce:
I am creating the clone of the issue SDK-29503 as I am still experiencing the problem on FP 10.2 while it is working fine on FP 10.1 on both Winxp and Win7

1. I am using combination of Zoom, Move and Parallel classes to create a simple Ken-Burn effect.
2. we are experiencing the jerks/jitters while playing back the effect on the images
3. I have created a sample App around this and the code is attached.
Specifications:
Use the Screen resolution 1680x1050 and maximized screen mode of browser.
There are two images in assets folder, the image with name Sample.jpg gets loaded. To change the image please rename the image to Sample.jpg in assets folder.

Using flex sdk 4.0.0 and FP 10.1
