[flex_next] height of WindowedApplication is set to zero when only width is defined.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import and run the attached project

Actual Results:
windows shows up with height as zero

Expected Results:
windows should show up with default height.

Workaround (if any):
set the height with width
or
don't set the width.
