An app packaged as ipa-app-store for iOS takes a long time to launch.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an empty mobile app (a main file and a view).
2. Package it as ipa-debug, then ipa-app-store. (Ping me if you want the script I'm using.)
3. Launch. I'm launching it on an iPad 2.

Actual Results:
ipa-debug: Launches in 3 seconds.
ipa-app-store: Launches in 15 seconds.

Expected Results:
Since ipa-app-store contains optimizations, it seems it should launch faster, or at least as fast as, the ipa-debug version.
